At Splend, we are transforming the vehicle ownership experience by providing flexible, straightforward access to cars with a primary focus on the rideshare industry. We are also committed to leading the global transition toward green mobility by actively converting our fleet to electric vehicles, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Australia to help drive this mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales & Pricing product domain by overseeing the full product life cycle, from initial problem scoping and design to final delivery and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the technology product roadmap.
- Take accountability for quarterly and annual objectives while reporting on team progress toward key results.
- Work within a technology-driven environment that balances internal custom software with third-party cloud applications.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in a digital product management or similar technology role.
- Strong background in managing products related to the sales pipeline, including CRM systems, e-commerce, and pricing software.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality documentation, such as strategy papers and system design documents.
- Technical literacy with a solid understanding of AWS, cloud infrastructure, APIs, BI tools, and database structures.
- Familiarity with both front-end and back-end software layers, as well as UX/UI design principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling business and comfort collaborating with remote teams across different time zones.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience working in organizations that rely on a hybrid of custom in-house software and third-party cloud applications for fleet management, financial, and subscription services.
