Product Manager at dub

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team at dub. We have recently launched our platform, and we are on a mission to evolve from a high-quality investing app into a leading fintech destination for a massive user base. As our first product manager, you will work directly with our founder and leadership team to shape the future of asset management for everyday Americans. Key outcomes

• Innovate and launch new features that directly improve our core performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and execute rapid testing to validate your ideas.
• Collaborate with our executive team to establish clear product priorities for each month and quarter.
• Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback to build a profound understanding of our diverse customer base.
• Oversee the product roadmap and coordinate engineering release cycles.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track and analyze key product metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure fast shipping and high-quality assurance.
• Work alongside the design team to bring new features to life.
• Coordinate with marketing to support product launches and track customer attribution.
• Foster a company culture that prioritizes speed and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading product initiatives as the primary owner.
• A background working within early-stage startups, ideally at the Seed or Series A level.
• Proven success in shipping growth-focused features and managing P&L responsibilities.
• Direct experience with fintech onboarding flows and KYC processes.
• Proficiency with project management software and strong design sensibilities, including experience using Figma.
• A professional history within the consumer fintech or investing sectors.
• Advanced data analytics capabilities, including the ability to run SQL queries and use tools like MixPanel.
• A genuine passion for the finance and investing space.
• A gritty, proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of 100,000 USD to 200,000 USD, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive equity compensation. We also support a hybrid work environment and provide the flexibility of remote work options.
