What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Ireland, where you will have the autonomy to balance your time between working from home and visiting the office. You will be a key player in shaping the experience our clients have when engaging with their outside counsel, working within a collaborative team that values high standards and continuous improvement.

What will you do?

• Work closely with design and engineering partners every day to build our product, driving momentum while keeping our long-term vision in focus.
• Engage with customers on a weekly basis to conduct continuous discovery, ensuring our product roadmap is informed by real user needs.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with a sharp focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the B2B SaaS space.
• Proven ability to interview customers effectively to test assumptions and achieve specific goals.
• Practical experience using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
• Strong background in managing product backlogs and release cycles.
• A genuine interest in or prior experience working with legal, finance, or productivity software.
• Fluency in English.
