The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Henderson, Nevada location. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will define both the immediate and long-term strategic vision for our products. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the industry. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and market-driven business strategies.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Energy Boss portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving market trends.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and sales to drive new product definitions, feature enhancements, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct deep market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps, evaluate business cases, and communicate technical advantages to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product management and a passion for energy technology. We require the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant product management experience, ideally within the power generation, energy storage, solar, or renewable energy industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business management, or supply chain and operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate technical specifications into actionable business plans.
- Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and performance metrics to evaluate product success.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present strategic plans to executive leadership and engage directly with customers.
Note: This position requires up to 20% travel to attend trade shows and meet with partners or customers. You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
