About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform. You will help us structure our product team, enhance our collective expertise, and drive efficiency as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive market and customer analysis to understand user personae and address their specific challenges strategically.
- Lead projects through every stage, including discovery, planning, execution, documentation, and the collection of user feedback.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with client-facing teams to prioritize feedback and providing engineering teams with the insights they need to build exceptional products.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on SaaS products intended for large-scale enterprise environments.
- A strong track record of conducting detailed stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and frame complex problems effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects from initial conception through to final deployment.
- Native or bilingual (C2) proficiency in French, with strong English skills.
Location
This position is based in France and operates on a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
