The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and launching products that drive the adoption of Orkes among engineering teams. You will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by taking ownership of the user journey. Your work will directly influence how developers discover, activate, and find value in our platform. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making and is eager to optimize the user experience to turn new visitors into long-term, successful users of our cloud offerings.

A day in the life

• You will take full ownership of the initial user journey, ensuring that every new developer has a seamless and engaging experience from their first interaction with our platform.
• You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and DevRel teams to define and track key performance metrics related to user acquisition, activation, and conversion.
• You will embrace a culture of experimentation by testing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and iterating on features based on real-time data and user feedback to continuously improve our conversion rates.

Who you are

We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of technical insight and strategic thinking. You should have a proven track record as a Growth Product Manager for technology products, ideally those built for application developers. You are comfortable working in environments with some ambiguity and possess a strong ability to prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Key qualifications include:

• A deep understanding of product-led growth strategies and user-centered design principles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.
• An engineering background or experience launching SaaS offerings in the cloud infrastructure space will help you hit the ground running.
