Baton Health is dedicated to transforming the healthcare credentialing landscape by replacing slow, manual tasks with efficient, automated solutions. We have developed a Universal Primary Source that acts as a federated data system, pulling together hundreds of sources to verify practitioner licensure. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our early-stage team and help us build the foundational elements of our platform. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our leadership, including the CEO and Director of Product, to shape the future of how healthcare organizations manage practitioner rosters. This is a remote role that offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the discovery process by engaging with customers to identify their pain points, validate your assumptions, and ensure our solutions directly address their needs.
- Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to build, test, and deploy scalable features that remain compliant with strict regulatory requirements.
- Develop and own a long-term product roadmap while establishing feedback loops that allow you to continuously improve our user-facing web application and API.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience as a technical Product Manager, ideally within an early-stage startup setting. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and have a proven track record of managing feature launches from beta testing through to final documentation. Because we operate in a highly regulated industry, your ability to handle sensitive data and work within constrained requirements is essential. We value strong leadership and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams, alongside excellent communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be a self-starter who is passionate about building customer-centric products and optimizing operational processes.
What you'll get
