InductiveHealth is a leader in SaaS solutions for public health agencies, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our remote team. You will play a vital role in defining and delivering secure, scalable software that helps stop the spread of disease and improves population health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, engineering, and security teams to understand project constraints and define product priorities.
- Conduct user interviews and discovery to translate complex needs into clear roadmaps and actionable user stories.
- Lead quarterly planning sessions to align stakeholders on goals and ensure commitments are met.
- Maintain a refined backlog that is always execution-ready for our Scrum teams.
- Use data-driven insights to measure success and guide product evolution.
- Ensure all solutions meet high standards for security, performance, and accessibility.
- Incorporate responsible AI practices into the development lifecycle while maintaining human oversight.
- Demo new features to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into future iterations.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software environment.
- Experience managing large-scale, data-intensive applications.
- Proficiency with HL7, integration engines, and user interface design.
- Proven track record in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strong technical familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in public health, government, or healthcare sectors.
- Experience implementing AI-driven product features.
- Ability to create quick prototypes to accelerate feedback loops.
- Strong skills in mapping complex data ecosystems and anticipating downstream impacts.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
