As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in this mission by collaborating with government partners and our cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful digital experiences.
Key outcomes
- Define the vision, goals, and success metrics for the products and services under your management.
- Synthesize market research, user needs, and business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead the prioritization of projects, ranging from high-level initiatives to specific user stories.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and business analysts to develop and ship high-quality solutions.
- Build consensus and buy-in for product initiatives among internal teams, government stakeholders, and external contractors.
- Translate data insights into tactical decisions that improve product design and user outcomes.
- Communicate effectively regarding technical, user experience, and project management trade-offs.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience serving as a Product Manager for a cross-functional team.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success in running or shipping consumer-facing web applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex trade-offs clearly.
- A strong bias toward action and the ability to structure plans in ambiguous situations.
- The ability to identify market trends and adapt product strategies to meet future expectations.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for government security investigations and potential access to classified information.
