Product Manager at Sollis Health

At Sollis Health, we provide a unique, 24/7 medical membership that offers our members immediate access to world-class concierge care. We serve as a comprehensive medical resource, handling everything from emergency situations to routine health needs with on-site labs, imaging, and expert care navigation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary advocate for our members and providers, ensuring our technology solutions effectively support our mission of delivering seamless, high-touch medical experiences.

Key outcomes

• Define and execute a clear product roadmap that aligns with our goal of providing immediate, high-quality medical access.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including backlog prioritization and the coordination of initiatives from MVP to full-scale implementation.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, membership, and operational teams to gather insights and translate them into intuitive digital features.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, including creating high-level mock-ups for stakeholder requests.
• Utilize analytics, user research, and industry trend monitoring to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Ensure all technology products meet the high standards of excellence expected within our concierge care model.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
• Three to five years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Direct experience working within the healthcare industry is required.
• Proven ability to lead a product development team of software engineers.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira is essential.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey impacts to the business clearly to all levels of management.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing company environment.
• This remote role is available to candidates residing in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in a start-up environment.
• A background in engineering or a technical field.
• Familiarity with Athena EMR.
• Experience managing third-party integrations.
• Professional certification in Agile or lean product management.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year, with specific pay dependent on factors such as location, education, and relevant industry experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
