Howspace is a SaaS company in the Learning & Development space that helps organizations run impactful learning and change initiatives. We are building tools that turn collaborative learning into a driver of real organizational progress, and we are now looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next stage of that work.
The role
We are hiring a Product Manager on a full-time basis. The position is open to candidates at the mid-level of experience and can be performed remotely from anywhere.
Core responsibilities
- Shape a clear product vision and roadmap that stays aligned with company strategy while balancing short-term delivery and long-term foundations.
- Lead discovery work to understand customer problems and workflows, then translate those insights into prioritized initiatives, features, and experiments.
- Identify responsible opportunities to integrate AI that improve usability and outcomes, and define success metrics to track the impact of every initiative.
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in product management and commercial success within B2B SaaS. You should bring strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach, solid communication skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority. Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven features is important, as is a high degree of ownership and an ethical mindset when making AI-related decisions. A relevant degree and three to five years of product management experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies are typically expected. Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage. Experience in the Learning & Development or HR tech space is a plus.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base compensation for this role ranges from 64000 to 77000 EUR. We also offer the flexibility of remote work.
