Product Manager at Vim

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States where you will take ownership of key components of our value-based care platform. You will be responsible for driving the discovery, prioritization, and delivery of features that support our partners, ensuring that our solutions simplify complex workflows and deliver measurable value.

What will you do?

• Lead product discovery initiatives and define clear, outcome-focused requirements for our platform.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap that aligns with the needs of our business and our customers.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to guide products through the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery.

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable working with both technical teams and senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualities:

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically building complex B2B SaaS products within the US healthcare space.
• A deep understanding of workflow design, backlog management, and data analysis, with the ability to navigate complex, data-heavy environments.
• Proven experience managing products that involve API integrations, configurable workflows, or compliance considerations.
• A high level of proficiency in English and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous settings.
• Strong systems thinking and a track record of shipping end-to-end products.
