At Orkes, we provide a powerful platform designed for developers to build durable, distributed, and event-driven applications. Our technology is built upon the popular open-source orchestration engine, Conductor. We enable engineering teams to scale their applications to handle billions of workflows without the burden of managing failures, infrastructure scalability, or execution visibility. We are currently seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of the initial user journey to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.
- Develop and implement strategies that reduce friction and improve satisfaction during a user's first interactions with our platform.
- Partner with Engineering, DevRel, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and track performance metrics related to user acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Analyze the complete user lifecycle to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring continuous improvement of conversion rates at every touchpoint.
- Utilize data analytics to uncover behavioral trends, informing your decisions on growth strategies and product evolution for both our core Conductor engine and cloud offerings.
- Foster a culture of experimentation by running A/B tests and iterating on features based on real-time user feedback and data.
- Provide regular reports to leadership, clearly communicating progress, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager for a technology product, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on tools built for application developers.
- A deep understanding of product-led growth strategies and experience aligning these with go-to-market teams.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structured thinking to ambiguous environments and a track record of prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in user-centered design principles and best practices for user experience.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, paired with a results-oriented mindset.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A technical background, such as previous experience writing code.
- Experience defining and launching SaaS offerings within the cloud infrastructure space.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000, depending on individual skills, experience, and market data. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
