Olo is a prominent SaaS platform dedicated to accelerating digital transformation within the restaurant industry. By providing advanced solutions for digital ordering, payment, and guest engagement, we help brands streamline their operations and create personalized experiences that make every diner feel like a regular. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the U.S., though you also have the option to work from our headquarters in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term product vision and roadmap that aligns with our strategic business objectives and addresses the specific needs of our restaurant partners.
- Lead the end-to-end discovery and implementation process, including ideation, prototyping, and user testing to deliver innovative solutions for complex customer challenges.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and design teams to translate requirements into functional specifications while maintaining a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we look for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within a software company.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Strong expertise in API-first partner ecosystems and a proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage your workload independently with strong prioritization and time management capabilities.
- A willingness to travel as needed to visit customers, partners, or our company offices.
What we offer
