The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Mux Video. In this role, you will be at the heart of our product strategy, ensuring that our platform remains the gold standard for developers everywhere. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and delightful user experiences, helping us scale our reach and empower more teams to build innovative video applications. This is a remote role where you will have the autonomy to drive features that push our technology in new, exciting directions.

A day in the life

• You will engage directly with our developer community to identify pain points and translate those insights into actionable product improvements that enhance the overall user journey.
• You will lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate Mux Video with AI and other ecosystem tools, ensuring our platform remains a versatile foundation for modern applications.
• You will analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize our roadmap, ensuring that our features and pricing models effectively support our users and drive business growth.

Who you are

You are a passionate problem solver who understands the unique needs of developers. You appreciate the difference between a clunky API and one that makes building a seamless experience feel effortless. You have at least 2 years of product management experience, ideally with a background in engineering or building developer-focused tools. You are a strong communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly, and you possess the organizational skills to manage projects from conception to launch. You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and are eager to take ownership of your work within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
