Role at a glance
This is a Senior Product Manager position offered on a full-time basis. You will work in a remote capacity based in the United Kingdom, collaborating with a diverse, international team to drive our product roadmap and deliver high-impact solutions for our customers.
Your impact
- Own the product application by managing stakeholders across various verticals and setting clear priorities for both short-term and long-term initiatives.
- Leverage usage analytics and data insights to identify product enhancement opportunities that support our broader Northstar vision.
- Translate complex customer needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and workflows to ensure our development teams deliver features with speed and precision.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience in software-related roles, such as product management, IT, or product support, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
- Proven success within the B2B SaaS ecosystem, specifically in managing product backlogs and collaborating with technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- A self-starter mindset with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a talent for creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in data analysis and user testing to validate features and iterate on improvements.
- Fluency in English.
