The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our product development, bridging the gap between user needs and technical execution. You will play a key role in defining our technology roadmap, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of the security sector. This is a hybrid position based in the United States where you will work closely with engineering and design teams to turn complex problems into intuitive, high-impact solutions.

A day in the life

• You will manage the scope and success of our security platform by translating customer feedback and internal insights into clear, actionable features for our engineering team.
• You will dive into the technical details, creating design mockups and writing comprehensive user stories that help our developers build with confidence and clarity.
• You will define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of new releases, using experimentation systems to iterate and improve the overall user experience.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with a strong background in startups and a passion for technical problem solving. You are comfortable navigating both front-end and back-end technologies and have a proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience working directly with engineering teams as a Product Manager.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with UX design software.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Gitlab.
• A solid understanding of the software and hardware development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred, as are PMP or CSM certifications.
