We are AKKO, a fast-growing, venture-backed insurtech company dedicated to transforming the device insurance landscape. Our fully remote, collaborative team is on a mission to make protecting personal technology simple, transparent, and affordable for everyone. With the support of investors like Mundi, Fika, and Pear, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap by aligning our strategic business objectives with the evolving needs of our customers.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from initial ideation through to launch, ensuring that every release provides tangible value and meets our high standards for quality.
- Partner closely with our engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product development, analyze market trends, and incorporate data-driven feedback into our future iterations.
Requirements
- Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in product management, specifically with a proven history of shipping successful products.
- A strong background in utilizing data, A/B testing, and customer feedback to guide your decision-making process.
- Exceptional project management abilities, allowing you to prioritize multiple initiatives while working effectively with cross-functional partners.
- A customer-first mindset, combined with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical teams and leadership.
- Experience working with channel partners, Value-Added Resellers, or Value-Added Distributors is highly valued.
- While not required, a background in SaaS, technology, or the insurtech sector is a significant plus.

The base salary for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000, supplemented by performance-based incentives such as bonuses or stock options.
