What you bring
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team on a Full Time basis. This hybrid role is based in the United States and centers on identifying high-impact use cases, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring our training facilities drive meaningful product development. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Defining and prioritizing product use cases based on business impact, technical feasibility, and specific customer needs.
- Collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams to translate training insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Synthesizing data from user research, customer meetings, and sales feedback to develop strategies that deliver clear business objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Product Management, Robotics, or Automation, with at least three years of experience in these fields. You should be comfortable working within Agile Methodologies and have a proven ability to make decisions under uncertainty, always prioritizing velocity. We value individuals who are data-driven, possess excellent Communication Skills, and have a deep understanding of AI and ML training. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be capable of handling physical requirements such as sitting at a desk for prolonged periods and lifting up to 15 pounds when necessary. A background involving industrial technologies or robotic teleoperation is considered a significant plus.
