About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this mid-level position, you will act as a bridge between our customers and our development team. Your primary goal is to turn business objectives and user needs into actionable requirements, ensuring our product roadmap remains both innovative and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring all initiatives align with our broader business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to define product requirements that provide genuine value to our clients.
- Collaborate across departments, including engineering, sales, and customer experience, to ensure successful product delivery and market alignment.
Requirements
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a cross-functional software environment.
- You possess a strong technical background that allows you to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- You demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and the creativity needed to drive innovation.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location
This is an on-site role based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000. We determine final salary and grade level based on your specific experience, education, skills, and market alignment.
