The role
We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our nimble team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our New York City office, where you will be expected to work in person from Monday through Thursday. You will play a vital role in our product organization, helping us build the primary investing account for the next generation of investors.
Core responsibilities
- Take ownership of our product roadmap by continuously evaluating customer needs to ensure we deliver high-quality, impactful experiences.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of new features and asset classes, guiding projects from initial ideation and positioning through to design, development, QA, and final launch.
- Partner with our engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to remove roadblocks and ensure our product strategy aligns with the broader goals of our business.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for financial markets and a drive to help investors make informed choices. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a startup environment focused on consumer or financial products.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, including market analysis and continuous iteration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Bonus points if you have experience with brokerage or payment systems, API integrations, or U.S. financial regulations.
Compensation and benefits
