About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will define and build the user experience for our next generation of industrial automation systems. We want someone who is ready to challenge the status quo, bringing modern design trends from consumer electronics and mobile apps into the industrial space to ensure our systems are as simple to operate as a printer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and define the roadmap for our automation products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and conduct direct research with operators, engineers, and executives to validate requirements and gather actionable customer feedback.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to develop innovative, lean solutions for our applications and human-machine interfaces.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in robotics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager focused on user experience within manufacturing, industrial automation, or a similar production-heavy industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with physical products and collecting feedback directly from end users.
- Proficiency with the software development lifecycle, Scrum methodologies, and project management tools like Jira.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or other prototyping software.
- A strong preference for candidates who have thrived in fast-paced startup or agile environments.
Location
This position is available as a hybrid role and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $165,000 USD. We also provide a comprehensive rewards package that includes:
