We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. At Tray.ai, we are dedicated to helping organizations automate their daily tools through our unique low-code, AI-enabled platform. Our mission is to move beyond simple integration by allowing businesses to transform complex processes into scalable, adaptable workflows. By removing the limitations of legacy systems, we empower product leaders and IT teams to focus on high-impact work. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Platform Engineering team to prioritize and define initiatives that ensure our infrastructure remains scalable and performant as our customers' needs grow.
- Lead the strategy for API management and connectivity, ensuring that both internal and external developers have a seamless experience when building and maintaining integrations.
- Drive the development of AI and ML capabilities, including the integration of autonomous agents and process mining tools, to help our users unlock new levels of organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- A strong technical foundation with a solid understanding of backend systems, API design, and scalable architectures.
- Demonstrable experience in product management, specifically with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and customer-facing departments like Sales and Marketing.
- A proactive mindset with a proven history of solving user-centric problems and managing multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep interest in the evolving landscape of automation, integration frameworks, and artificial intelligence.
