About the Role
We are hiring for a Director of Product Management on a full-time basis. In this role, you will hold the primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of our enterprise offerings while collaborating with our community team to align the roadmap for the Alluxio project. You will act as a bridge between our engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our products consistently deliver high value and meet our rigorous standards for usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the overarching product strategy and roadmap for Alluxio.
- Establish clear product KPIs and define the technical specifications and requirements for upcoming releases.
- Actively gather and synthesize feedback from our community users, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should bring a strong background in product leadership and a deep understanding of the big data industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Product within the big data sector.
- A track record of leading new products from initial launch through various stages of growth and market success.
- A highly data-driven mindset when it comes to solving complex problems.
- A genuine passion for simplifying intricate technology and an obsession with delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Location
This position is based in China and requires an on-site presence.
