About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will own the full product stack, ranging from high-level strategy and user research to technical specification and cross-functional execution. You will act as a central figure in translating customer needs into a clear roadmap and working closely with our engineering team to bring those features to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize product improvements by combining deep data analytics with direct customer interviews.
- Create initial product designs and technical specifications to streamline the development process.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can think holistically and solve problems with a practical mindset. Your qualifications should include:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or consulting at a top-tier organization.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with SQL and Mixpanel.
- A deep understanding of consumer product management, with experience in fintech or working with immigrant communities being highly preferred.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to own problems from start to finish.
- Experience with UX design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Fluency in French is strongly preferred, and a technical degree or background is considered a plus.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
