What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology, acting as a bridge between our engineering teams and the market. Your work will directly influence our product strategy and help us scale our impact in the agriculture sector.

• You will develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our long-term business strategy.
• You will conduct deep market analysis and negotiate product trade-offs to ensure our positioning remains competitive.
• You will define and track key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both technical and business domains. We require a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, paired with at least two to three years of experience managing sophisticated hardware or software products. You must be a strong communicator who can present complex ideas clearly to cross-functional teams. We value candidates who possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of leading products from initial concept through to a successful launch. Please note that this position requires a willingness to travel up to 25 percent of the time, and proficiency in English is essential.
