At Hi Marley, we are transforming the insurance industry through our conversational platform that makes communication simple and efficient. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our new AI-first solution for insurance carrier service teams, helping us create frictionless experiences for millions of policyholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for our Policyholder Service product, guiding it from initial pilot stages to full market availability.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows that authenticate users, triage inquiries, and resolve common service or billing issues automatically.
- Define key success metrics to measure product performance and inform our long-term, outcome-based pricing strategies.
- Maintain close relationships with customer service leaders and frontline representatives to validate use cases and refine product strategy.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and high adoption rates.
- Ensure every interaction within the product builds trust and provides an empathetic, helpful experience for the end user.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of product management experience within a SaaS environment, specifically working on B2B or B2B2C products.
- Proven track record of bringing new products from 0 to 1.
- Experience designing and launching features powered by generative AI, such as AI agents.
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to iterate quickly on product strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and articulate complex technical tradeoffs.
- A self-starter mindset that thrives in the ambiguity of early-stage product development.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior professional experience in the insurance industry, contact centers, or customer support operations.

The annual base salary for this role is between $106,000 and $196,000, depending on your qualifications and location.
