We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Binti, we build modern software designed to ensure every child has access to a safe, stable, and loving family. Our tools are currently used by over 500 agencies across 36 states, supporting approximately 42% of children in the U.S. child welfare system. By helping agencies increase the number of approved foster and adoptive families, we are making a tangible difference in the lives of children. As a mission-driven company of over 90 people, we are looking for empathetic, high-performance individuals who want to help us rewire government systems to be more effective and equitable.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our product strategy and scope features that align with our long-term goals.
- Conduct user interviews with social workers, youth, and families to uncover needs and identify opportunities for improved outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and fellow product managers to guide features from the initial idea through to final launch.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software product management.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Experience managing complex technical projects, including data migrations and intricate system architectures.
- A versatile skill set that allows you to step into UX research, design, or project management tasks when necessary.
- Strong decision-making skills, with a clear perspective on how to balance quantitative data, qualitative feedback, and technical trade-offs.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
