We're building the future of digital accessibility at Level Access, and we're looking for a sharp Product Manager to lead the charge on our Fix and Deploy platform area. Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level Product Manager position focused on platform workflow, service management, and integrations. The role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere.
Your impact
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Fix and Deploy area, turning engineering capabilities into market-ready features that solve real customer problems.
- Drive product delivery from early MVP experiments through to general release, using data and user insights to shape every decision along the way.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, science, and go-to-market teams to align on strategy while staying ahead of accessibility trends in the enterprise space.
What you'll need
You bring at least five years of experience in product or software development, including four or more years specifically as a Product Manager. You're comfortable managing SaaS products end-to-end, from ideation through launch, and you have a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, API integration, and process workflows. You know how to run user interviews that uncover real needs, and you thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where hypotheses are tested and iterated quickly. Strong communication skills, a university degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or a related field, and a genuine interest in accessibility complete the picture. English fluency is required.
