As an Irish unicorn valued at over $1 billion, we focus on helping food business owners thrive in a complex industry, and we are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team in Ireland on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead our Product Consumer Growth team in partnership with our Tech Lead and Product Designer.
- Define the vision and strategy for the team, balancing feasibility, desirability, and commercial viability.
- Foster a strong product culture by advocating for outcomes over outputs and mentoring team members.
- Integrate AI into our product development and design processes.
- Collaborate across design, engineering, and commercial departments to align our operating models.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from junior engineers to C-suite executives.
- Represent the Flipdish product community externally through events, blogs, and industry networking.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and manage high-ambiguity projects.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
- Expertise in building consensus and delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for coaching others and diving into the details.
- Fluency in English.
