About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be at the heart of our product development, working closely with our technology teams to build complex, scalable applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy of our products, ensuring that every feature we launch delivers significant value to both our business and our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and monitor the development of complex products while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Establish the product strategy and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven metrics to provide clear visibility to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead user-centered discovery processes in partnership with our design team to identify and solve critical customer problems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in delivering digital products, ideally within the financial sector. We are looking for candidates who have experience managing the design and development of complex, scalable, multi-product architectures, specifically involving microservices and event orchestration. You should be proficient in product management tools and Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to define OKRs and map out product roadmaps. Proficiency in Spanish is required to communicate effectively across our teams.

Location

This position is based in Mexico and operates on an on-site basis.
