We are Perry Street Software, the company behind Jack’d, SCRUFF, and BKDR.com. These platforms form some of the world’s largest social and dating networks for gay, bi, trans, and queer communities, serving more than 30 million members across iOS, Android, and the web. Our work centers on privacy-first design that keeps member data secure and free from third-party advertising networks. We operate as a fully remote organization with colleagues located across more than 18 cities and 12 countries, allowing team members to work from any timezone in North America, South America, or Europe.
Key outcomes
- Lead product development from small iterative improvements through to the creation of entirely new features and products.
- Translate user feedback and market trends into clear product requirements that address both customer needs and business goals.
- Partner with engineering, design, support, and marketing teams to move initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch evaluation.
- Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and analyze performance data to measure impact and guide future decisions.
- Manage roadmaps and priorities so the team focuses on the highest-value work at any given time.
- Collaborate with the data team to quantify results and refine features based on measurable outcomes.
- Align daily work with teammates across multiple time zones, including colleagues in the EU, while maintaining consistent delivery velocity.
Requirements
- Three or more years of product management experience in a full-time capacity.
- Proven ability to create and maintain roadmaps, write detailed epics and user stories, and make clear prioritization decisions.
- Strong written communication skills demonstrated through product documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma or FigJam, Productboard, Google Workspace, Mixpanel, and A/B testing platforms.
- Track record of working with established KPIs and developing new, metric-driven objectives.
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions, verify assumptions, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Interest in online dating and social products, supported by prior professional or personal experience in the space.
- Ability to operate across North America Eastern or Central time zones, Brazil, or Europe while coordinating with global teammates.
- Full professional fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience building or managing social or dating applications.
- Background supporting data research or consumer software products.
- Familiarity with Go-To-Market planning and product marketing activities.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $150,000, with the final offer determined by geography and experience.
