We are System, a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to helping the world visualize and solve complex challenges, with a primary focus on the healthcare sector. We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Our organization is backed by prominent Silicon Valley and New York investors, and we were founded by the former VP of Data at Spotify. We operate on the belief that interdisciplinary, autonomous teams are the key to building a more responsible and values-driven technology company. If you are a systems thinker who is motivated by a strong social mission and a commitment to data-backed priorities, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with our engineering, design, sales, and marketing departments to ensure we deliver an exceptional product to our users.
- Work alongside our Head of Product to manage the platform lifecycle, from initial research through final delivery, while utilizing both agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies to maintain clear project specifications.
- Maintain consistent engagement with our customers and users to gather feedback that directly shapes our product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, specifically working with data and API products within the healthcare industry.
- A solid understanding of best practices for both agile and waterfall development frameworks within an agile/scrum environment.
- A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced setting while managing projects with autonomy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, paired with a collaborative spirit that helps you drive team success.
What we offer
The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $155,000. We are committed to supporting a flexible work environment and offer both hybrid and remote work options to our team members.
