What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in France. This is a strategic role where you will help us consolidate our learnings from the past year and ensure our product development processes remain balanced and effective as we scale.
What will you do?
- Conduct deep research into our customers and market to understand their unique challenges and define the future direction of our product.
- Lead projects through every stage, including discovery, planning, execution, documentation, and the collection of user feedback.
- Collaborate across teams by working with client-facing staff to prioritize needs, providing visibility into our development roadmap, and supporting our engineering team.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in B2LargeB product development and a proven ability to interview stakeholders to uncover their pain points. You should be comfortable framing complex problems and coordinating solutions from the initial idea to final deployment. Because you will be working with a variety of partners, you must be a native or bilingual (C2) French speaker, and proficiency in English is also required. We value leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to documentation and feedback.
