As we continue to lead the way in next-generation, always-on, hyperscale data solutions, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Mountain View, California.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the end-to-end product definition process, from identifying market opportunities and articulating customer value to writing detailed requirements and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- You will prioritize the product roadmap by working closely with customer-facing teams to understand pain points, while using data-driven insights to propose growth opportunities and drive company-wide planning.
- You will act as the ultimate owner of your product's success, fostering transparency by communicating goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a mature, self-directed approach to product management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience improving the reliability of distributed systems within mission-critical cloud environments.
- A history of leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams and locations from initial concept through to long-term growth.
- Experience collaborating with B2B go-to-market teams, including supporting Sales and Product Marketing during critical deal cycles.
- First-hand experience building software, which allows you to deeply understand the values and concerns of a developer audience.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site in our Mountain View office.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive compensation package for this full-time position, with a salary range of $180,000 to $240,000. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
