Cross River is a rapidly growing financial technology firm that powers the future of finance through innovative embedded payments, cards, and lending solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity to help us transform the partner experience and build infrastructure that promotes global financial inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to develop intuitive, high-impact platforms for our partners.
- Oversee the development of internal tools designed to streamline and improve our partner onboarding processes.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring cross-functional alignment to meet our strategic objectives.
- Translate complex user needs and requirements into clear, actionable features and product enhancements.
- Lead process improvement and change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new solutions across the organization.
Must-haves
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a Product Management role.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing products that face customers.
- Experience working alongside design teams, including a functional understanding of tools like Figma.
- Strong ability to write technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in Fintech, specifically regarding API integrations or SaaS onboarding.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management software.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $150,000.00.
