What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. This is a high-impact position where you will help shape the future of our technology platform. You will be responsible for driving experiments, refining our product strategy, and ensuring that our software remains a top-tier solution for our customers.

What will you do?

• Lead an agile technical team by establishing clear priorities and making data-informed decisions to solve complex customer problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality features that provide real value.
• Use design thinking and data-driven hypothesis testing to identify the root causes of customer challenges and translate them into simple, effective product solutions.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least four years of experience in product development and a passion for solving complex problems. We value candidates who are excellent communicators and facilitators. You should be comfortable working with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking frameworks. While experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus, we are most interested in your ability to drive product growth. You should also have a strong grasp of SaaS metrics, modern application architectures, or data visualization technologies.
