About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for our Elite Nurse Practitioner product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving innovation, aligning our product development with our organizational mission, and ensuring that our offerings meet both the needs of our learners and our business objectives. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity for professional growth as you collaborate across departments to enhance our market position and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term vision for the Elite Nurse Practitioner product line, ensuring the roadmap aligns with market trends, learner needs, and our overarching company goals.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation to sunset, while managing a robust pipeline of high-quality offerings that maintain our competitive edge.
- Restructure and manage subject matter expert relationships to leverage their networks and personal brand authority, ultimately driving new customer acquisition and community engagement.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, though relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.
- At least five years of product management experience within advanced professional development markets or a leadership role in the Nurse Practitioner education industry.
- A proven track record of managing large, complex product portfolios with demonstrated financial success.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the professional learning landscape, including digital education platforms, instructional design, and industry certification trends.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to operate independently as a self-starter.
