What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our EU Engineering team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role is based in Germany and centers on supporting the growth of our local operations through strategic thinking, product management, and clear communication. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to translate requirements into actionable tasks that support our German market.
• Managing and prioritizing product needs by aligning local requirements with our broader regional engineering strategies to maximize customer value.
• Driving innovation by developing client-facing tools and self-service features that empower our users and improve their overall experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is comfortable both planning high-level roadmaps and executing daily tasks. You should possess strong communication skills, as you will be working across various technical and non-technical teams. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a significant advantage. While we value a broad skill set, we are looking for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, make efficient decisions, and maintain an empathetic approach to teamwork. Familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Notion, Miro, or Figma will help you succeed in our fast-paced environment.
