Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and building the next generation of crypto experiences alongside our cross-functional teams.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of a product area, from crafting the initial vision and strategy to executing the final delivery.
- Lead and collaborate across various functions and regions to develop effective solutions for complex problems.
- Define clear OKRs for your teams and drive alignment with cross-functional partners to ensure we hit our goals.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep passion for the crypto industry and the Coinbase mission. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the crypto industry, with a strong understanding of segments like DeFi, NFTs, or RWAs.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence strategic decisions regarding onchain topics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand diverse user personas.
- Fluency in English and the ability to learn new, complex domains quickly.
