We invite you to join our team and help us address the global mental health crisis.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a central role in shaping the future of our clinical platform. - Create and manage the roadmap for our electronic health record system, focusing on features that streamline workflows and enhance practice efficiency.
- Partner closely with our engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Deeply investigate clinician workflows to uncover pain points and deliver intuitive solutions that provide immediate value to medical practices.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about mental health technology and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong background in product management and a drive to solve complex problems.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, including roadmap development, writing requirements, and launching features.
- Prior experience in a health tech startup, which helps you navigate the unique challenges of our industry.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to combine qualitative feedback from clinicians with quantitative data to inform your strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- A self-starting attitude, with the resourcefulness to handle both high-level strategy and daily execution.
- The ability to work from our San Francisco office 2 to 3 days per week.
