The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our small, high-impact product team. In this role, you will take ownership of critical components of the customer journey, including our platform integrations, API management, and our full analytics suite. You will be the driving force behind features that increase platform adoption and ensure that school districts remain highly satisfied with the Kira Learning experience. This is a full-time position based in the United States, offering a hybrid work environment where you can thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup setting.

A day in the life

• You will lead the strategy and execution for our platform integrations and analytics tools, ensuring our technical infrastructure supports our long-term growth.
• You will collaborate daily with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate complex user needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• You will track project progress, manage potential risks, and maintain detailed product documentation to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.

Who you are

You are a seasoned product leader with 4 to 6 years of experience managing the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch execution. You possess a strong technical foundation, ideally with a background in computer science or software engineering, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of API design and data integration. You are a natural communicator who can articulate a vision to a diverse, global team, and you have a proven ability to use market research and user feedback to inform your product strategy. Most importantly, you are a nimble, scrappy problem solver who is excited by the ambiguity and rapid pace of an early-stage startup.
