Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the contiguous United States. You will focus on our user and subscription activation initiatives, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from their very first interaction with our platform.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end product discovery, development, and go-to-market strategy for customer onboarding, self-service ordering, and access control features.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership, designers, and engineers to iterate on product roadmaps that align with our company objectives and customer needs.
- Become the internal expert on your squad's product suite, utilizing data-driven insights to improve activation metrics and overall platform interoperability.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical acumen and a deep understanding of product-led growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in software product development, whether as a product manager, engineer, designer, or data scientist.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a customer-facing API or developer ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in data analysis or data science to inform your decision-making process.
- Technical familiarity with subscription frameworks, role-based access control, and data integrations.
- A discovery-oriented mindset that prioritizes experimentation, prototyping, and de-risking decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
- Fluency in English.
