The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will sit at the center of our product ecosystem, acting as a bridge between our internal systems and our clients. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex workflows and ensuring our products maintain their market-leading status in the evolving digital asset industry.

Core responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and support senior leadership in defining our strategic direction, formalizing development tasks, and processing performance metrics.
• Collaborate across engineering and design teams to align everyone on a shared vision while steering the execution of that vision.
• Engage directly with our clients to gather feedback, conduct market research, and ensure our solutions address the most pressing challenges in the institutional finance space.

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of product management and the agile development process. You should have a keen interest in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem, along with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a product leadership role.
• A strong grasp of digital asset technology and an obsession with building simple, efficient processes.
• The ability to make independent decisions while remaining willing to handle day-to-day product tasks in our fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates who have experience in institutional finance or trading environments.
• A proactive mindset, ideally gained from experience working within a startup or a smaller, high-growth team.
