Role at a glance
This is a Senior level, full-time position based in Germany. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between our offices and your home to ensure both flexibility and meaningful team collaboration.
Your impact
- Advocate for our riders by building a deep understanding of user pain points and expectations across our B2B2C and B2G2C platforms.
- Balance user experience with business goals by utilizing data analysis, user research, experimentation, and prototyping to guide features from discovery to delivery.
- Drive product strategy by developing a clear roadmap and translating complex domain knowledge into actionable priorities for your cross-functional team.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in product excellence, specifically in building and evolving mobile app conversion flows.
- A strategic and analytical mindset that allows you to connect daily decisions to long-term business value.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach to working with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and explain complex problems clearly.
- A curiosity-driven learning mindset and fluency in English.
