At Emi Labs, we are on a mission to change how the world views the workforce. With over 2.7 billion frontline workers making up the vast majority of the global labor market, we believe they deserve better access to professional growth. Currently, these individuals are often digitally invisible, lacking the data trails needed to advance their careers. Our AI-powered recruitment assistant, Emi, transforms the hiring process for high-volume companies by automating screening and scheduling, making the experience human and fair. Since our time in the Y-Combinator Winter 2019 batch, we have secured $11 million in funding to continue building the infrastructure that makes every worker visible.
