About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers. You will be responsible for driving our product strategy, ensuring that our vision translates into a seamless and high-impact experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product life cycle by guiding your squad through strategy implementation and ensuring all releases meet our high standards and timelines.
- Create comprehensive product requirement documents, including detailed user stories and success metrics, to steer the design process.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align on product goals, gather requirements, and provide regular updates on our development progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management and a passion for building great user experiences. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within the IT industry.
- Proven success in launching new services and using data analysis to refine user experiences.
- Deep expertise in agile methodology and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with essential tools such as Jira, Slack, and Google Analytics is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, along with startup experience, is considered a significant plus.
