We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Switzerland on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key outcomes
- Conduct thorough research to understand the ultrasound imaging market, focusing on predictive maintenance and gas detection to build reliable, safe solutions.
- Design, test, and refine our service and product offerings by incorporating direct customer feedback to resolve critical pain points.
- Formulate and execute data-driven pricing and bundling strategies to increase profitability, market share, and revenue, while benchmarking against industry competitors.
- Partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to experiment with pricing models and validate product offerings.
- Coordinate with Product Development to introduce new features, ensuring that pricing structures and development costs are carefully balanced.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and provide insights on competitive positioning.
- Create performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to track revenue impact, retention, and conversion rates for leadership.
- Identify new business opportunities and refine product strategies using real-time data and business objectives.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 or more years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on pricing strategies, financial modeling, market segmentation, and data analysis.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for candidates who also hold a technical or engineering background.
- Proven experience with solution-based selling that integrates software, hardware, and services.
- Background in B2B industrial or technology-driven sectors, ideally involving hardware and SaaS products.
- Experience working within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- A successful track record of collaborating across global, cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Experience thriving in the fast-paced environment of a growing start-up or scale-up.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time for market research, stakeholder meetings, and industry events.
