Product Manager at Axi

Axi is a prominent global broker specializing in margin and deliverable Foreign Exchange, CFDs, and financial spread betting. We have grown into a multifaceted organization with a presence in six regions, and we remain dedicated to investing in cutting-edge trading technology. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end experience that serves everyone from novice traders to institutional clients. We are currently looking for a strategic, customer-focused Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. Please note that all Axi employees in India are officially employed through our designated Employer of Record, Multiplier, and candidates must possess the appropriate legal documentation to work in the country.

Key outcomes

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for our partner experience, ensuring it aligns with our broader growth objectives.
• Collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, and back-office operations, as well as with external partners.
• Partner with engineering, design teams, and system vendors to deliver efficient, seamless tools for our partners.
• Utilize market research and direct partner feedback to identify new feature opportunities and product enhancements.
• Lead the implementation of features that drive partner engagement and platform growth.
• Analyze partner performance data to pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Ensure that all partner platform developments remain in full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, ideally within the trading or financial services sectors.
• A deep understanding of B2B2C or B2C2C distribution channels.
• Strong technical proficiency with partner management systems, including CRM tools and API integrations.
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of modern mobile and web application development.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights.
• The ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.
