We are thrilled that you are interested in joining our team at Planned. We have built an event management platform designed to help companies simplify their meeting and event booking processes. Our mission is to make event planning accessible for everyone while providing finance teams with the control and visibility they need to optimize their budgets. We are currently working with over 200 companies across North America, including major names like Google, Airbnb, Samsung, PwC, and L'Oréal. We are aiming to disrupt a massive 500 billion dollar industry, and we are looking for brilliant, driven individuals who are ready to outperform the competition with us.
What you'll be doing
- You will take full ownership of a specific problem space, guiding new value propositions from the initial discovery phase all the way through to final execution.
- You will develop our product strategy and roadmap, ensuring our goals align with user needs and emerging strategic opportunities.
- You will act as the primary voice of the user by conducting regular interviews and UX research to define intuitive user journeys and flows.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep background in product management and a passion for building high-quality software. We are looking for the following qualities:
- Extensive experience working in a product management role, ideally within a fast-paced or start-up environment.
- A strong ability to solve complex problems and make the necessary trade-offs to maximize value for our users.
- A sharp eye for design and the ability to manage important user interactions with meticulous attention to detail.
- A solid technical understanding of complex web and desktop application architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Fluency in English.
